How do I complete KYC from my mobile app?

The KYC process takes about 5 minutes to complete. You will need a valid piece of Government issued ID (e.g. Driver’s License, Passport) to complete this process. On your Pesa app, click on your profile icon on the top left corner of your screen. From the menu, select Account Upgrade. Then follow the instructions on your screen.
