Promo Terms and Conditions

Definitions

Pesa will apply its promo exchange rate directly to qualifying transfers, up to the promotion limit. This promo exchange rate is applicable to transfers submitted during the promotion period and must successfully complete to be eligible for the promo rate.

For transfers below the promotion limit, the promo exchange rate will not be applied on subsequent transfers. If you send more than the the Promotion limit, then Pesa's non-promotional rate, as published on Pesa's site at the time the transfer is submitted, will apply to the amount sent over the promotion limit.

A transfer is considered "successfully completed" when funds are deposited into your beneficiaries's bank account. If the transaction is not successfully completed, the promo exchange rate available at the time of initiation will not be applied to any future transfers.

Any amount that exceeds or above the promotion limit will be sent at the non-promotional exchange rate at the time of your transaction/transfer.

All exchange rates are subject to change from time to time at Pesa's discretion.

The promo rates is a limited time offer. Pesa reserves the right to cancel the Promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. Any qualifying transfer will be honored if initiated prior to the Promotion's cancellation.

Promo rates does not apply to users who register with a referral or sign-up code.

Pesa reserves the right to void the Promotion, or individual transfers, if transfers appear to be fraudulent or are not compliant with Pesa's User Agreement. Pesa reserves the right to disqualify transfers that, in its opinion, are intended to circumvent Promotion rules, or are deemed to be abusive.
