Terms and Conditions

Campaign Mechanics

• Creators will produce up to two videos per month during the campaign period, using the hashtag #GoPesa.
  
• Videos must have great picture quality and adhere to Pesa's content guidelines.
  
• Creators must add Pesa as a collaborator on their content for review and approval.
  
• Only qualified content, as determined by Pesa, will be accepted and promoted.
  
• Creators must follow the Pesa Instagram Account.
• Creators must download the Pesa apps.

Compensation

• Creators who reach 50,000 views on their content within a month will receive $1,000 in their Pesa wallet
  
• If a creator’s video doesn’t hit 50,000 within the stipulated time, $200 will be paid into creator’s Pesa wallet to reward them for still putting in the work to create the video
  
• The challenge resets all over again the next month so creators have the chance to try again
  

Content Requirements

• Videos must highlight the features and benefits of using Pesa.
• No allusions to or branding of any competitors are allowed in the content.
  
• Content must be original and not infringe on any third-party rights.
• Pesa reserves the right to request revisions or reject content that does not meet the guidelines.
  

Ownership and Usage

To win $1,000, creators MUST hit the following views in 3 weeks:

• Creators with 5000 to 30,000 followers - 20k views
• Creators with 30,000 to to 50,000 - 50k views
  
• Creators with 50,000 and above - 100k views
  
• Creators who don’t meet the criteria within the time frame get $200 for still creating. Everyone is a winner at the Gopesa challenge.
  
• All payment will be made into creator’s Pesa wallet hence, all creators must have Pesa downloaded.
  
• Pesa shall have perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, create derivative works, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, and transmit the content in any and all media now known or hereafter devised.
  

Highlighting Top Performers

• Each month, Pesa will highlight the top-performing creator based on engagement metrics (views, likes, shares).
  
• The top performer will be featured on Pesa's social media channels and may receive additional promotional opportunities.
  

General Terms

• Pesa reserves the right to modify or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.
  
• Participation in the campaign constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• Creators must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Pesa is not responsible for any technical issues, failures, or delays that may affect participation in the campaign.
